Sofia is the driving force behind Serenity Specialist Care. With an extensive background in the care sector, including paediatric nursing, fostering, adoption, and residential care, she is deeply committed to supporting vulnerable individuals. Her passion for compassionate, high-quality care defines Serenity’s mission and values.

Naveed is a chartered architect as well as business development professional with experience in business startups. Naveed brings a variety of skills and knowledge to Serenity Specialist Care, which includes public sector, the healthcare industry, residential homes, local government, and much more. He believes that supporting local charities can make a big difference.

Zain oversees the strategic growth and development of Serenity Specialist Care, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency. With a background in property, business, and leadership, he is committed to innovation and creating a lasting impact – driving positive change within the organisation and the wider community.

Rosie Allison is a proactive Executive Assistant, currently supporting three Directors and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations across the architectural and children’s residential care sectors.

Alongside providing administrative support and managing the Directors’ workloads, Rosie has a strong passion for design and the impact that thoughtfully considered spaces can have on people’s lives.

With a particular interest in creating supportive, welcoming and nurturing environments, she enjoys being involved in the development of children’s spaces, helping to transform houses into warm, comfortable places that feel like home.

Anthony is an experienced senior leader with almost 25 years’ experience across the sector. A qualified teacher and Chartered Manager, he brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership expertise and a strong commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.

Anthony holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, alongside CMI-accredited management qualifications at Levels 6 and 7. He is also currently studying towards his MBA, further developing his strategic leadership and professional expertise.

Passionate about making a positive difference, Anthony is committed to ensuring that every child in Serenity’s care receives the support, opportunities and nurturing environment they need to thrive.

With nearly two decades of experience in children’s residential care, Johnross is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people. His expertise ensures that Serenity upholds the highest standards of care, providing stability and security for those who need it most.

Levi joined Serenity Specialist Care in 2026 and has over 11 years’ experience working with children and young people. He began his career working in a secure training centre, supporting young people who were serving custodial sentences, providing care, security and helping them with their rehabilitation.

He then moved on to working in residential children’s homes as a Support Worker. Levi has worked in many roles within residential childcare, including Registered Manager and Operations Manager, and has supported homes to achieve Outstanding with Ofsted.

Throughout his career, Levi has developed strong leadership skills and a professional approach to care, with a commitment to maintaining high standards and supporting teams to provide safe, consistent and positive outcomes for children and young people.

Samantha joined our team as a Finance Assistant in December 2025, bringing with her experience in finance and a commitment to developing her skills within the profession.

Samantha began her finance journey in 2018 by completing an online AAT Level 2 course through independent study. In 2019, she progressed her career by starting a Finance Assistant apprenticeship, through which she completed her AAT Level 3 qualification in 2021.

Since completing her qualification, Samantha has continued to develop her knowledge and experience within finance roles, building her skills and gaining valuable practical experience. She is passionate about continuing to learn and grow in her role, supporting the team with her dedication and enthusiasm for finance.

Adila plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Serenity’s administrative functions. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail support the efficiency of the head office, helping staff and management provide the highest quality care. She is dedicated to fostering a well-structured and supportive workplace.

Vaneeta manages the recruitment process at Serenity Specialist Care, ensuring the right talent joins the team to uphold our high standards of care. With a keen eye for identifying skilled professionals, she is dedicated to building a strong, compassionate workforce that supports the well-being of young people.

Viktorija leads our marketing efforts with a strong focus on social media, crafting content that connects and engages across platforms. She manages our email marketing, newsletters, press releases, and data analytics, while also creating promotional content and supporting event planning and execution. With a background in media and management, Viktorija brings strategic thinking and creativity to her role. She has a passion for connecting with people and values maintaining close, authentic relationships throughout her professional network.
